We are working with an impressive fund looking to grow their Direct Lending team in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive financial and business analysis on potential direct lending investments.
  • Assist in the structuring and execution of debt transactions, including due diligence, credit analysis, and documentation.
  • Prepare detailed investment presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of existing portfolio investments, providing ongoing analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop and maintain strong relationships with borrowers, intermediaries, and other industry professionals.
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes affecting the private credit landscape.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in Direct Lending, Private Debt, Leveraged Finance , or related field.
  • Fluent in German and English .
  • Exceptional academic background from a leading university.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry.
  • Strong financial modelling and Excel skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced settings.
  • Passion for credit.
