You have the Good Practices for Delegated Care. You have at least some experience in Geneva or Switzerland in EMS. You are organized, flexible, and adaptable. You demonstrate a high level of ease and discretion. Your mission : Provide essential care, ensure the hygiene and comfort of residents, taking into account their specific needs. Support residents in their daily activities, providing help and assistance while respecting their individuality and pace. Actively contribute to their life projects and ensure their well-being on a daily basis. Create a welcoming and respectful environment conducive to their personal development.
