Your responsibilities
- Ensure reliable system operations and efficient issue resolution
- Maintain customs, export control and dangerous goods compliant systems
- Provide technical support on system / interface roles, functions and parameters
- Manage system, quality, trade and logistics relevant process standards
- Train and support people on applicable system procedures and share best practices
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration across functions
Your profile
- Solid supply chain experience in the pharma or logistics industry
- Excellent knowledge of SAP SD / MM modules
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
- Degree in relevant field and / or APICS certification (or equivalent) advantageous
- Is goal-directed, persistent; driven to achieve objectives and key results
