SAP Service Delivery Manager

We are searching for an experienced SAP Service Delivery Manager at our MSC Geneva facility.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

For the SAP Department’s Centre of Excellence (CoE) team located at theMSC headquarter here in Geneva, Switzerland, we are looking for a permanent position of SAP Service

Delivery Manager, who will help delivering SAP and Finance IT Services for MSC

and for its subsidiaries worldwide.

This role requires strong leadership,

collaboration and problem-solving skills, business knowledge and SAP solution

expertise mostly in the Finance & Controlling domain, as well as integration

with other SAP modules (mostly but not limited to MM, SD, FSCM, Master Data,

Roles and Authorisations). SAP S / 4 experience is also highly appreciated.

She / he will

report to the SAP Head of Competence Center.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Primary Link between the division Business Transformation Team (Finance / Procurement / Logistics / Operations / …) and SAP CCoE.
  • Build strong relationship with the Business and help to align SAP roadmap to the company executive strategy.
  • Planning, Budget and Year Objectives for the Division of which he / she is in charge
  • Allocation of Resources from SAP CCoE to Division projects / AMS, discussing with other SDMs and Head of SAP Group CCoE. Assist in the coordination and growth of 4 Teams of highly skilled professionals based in Geneva, Lisbon Naples and Chennai (IN) on regular activities, continuous delivery of changes, escalation, etc.
  • SLAs Monitoring and Mitigation including continuous improvement of service management
  • Implementation of service management best practices for both (Support & Project delivery)
  • Strong Stakeholder & Vendor management capabilities
  • Collaborate with SAP Leaders and Business Architects, on functional and technical side, promoting seamless integration and interactions across the teams.
  • Ensure quality of the Delivery, with a focus on Audit (both internal and external, ITGC) and participate in the continuous improvement process in place to enhance Customer Satisfaction.
  • Eventual Cost / Licenses Recharge, plus SAP Annual License Audit, where needed.
  • Evaluate, plan for, and drive organizational change. Assist in managing the approach, tools and processes that will be used to support business transition events.
  • Being knowledgeable of and operate SAP projects methodologies to support respective rollouts. This would involve full implementation cycles from Business Requirement Blueprinting, Coordination, Designing Proof of Concept, Solution configurations, Functional specification for the developments, incident management, testing (unit, scenario, non-regression and coordinating User Acceptance Tests) Training and Documentation.
  • Creating and negotiating statements of work, program planning and milestone creation, financial reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 20 years’ experience in SAP projects, implementation / rollouts and support. S / 4 experience highly appreciated.
  • Important motivation for Business Process Improvement with SAP Solution Manager, with Business Process Analytics, Business Process Monitoring, Dashboard Reports etc. Usage of SIGNAVIO a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience in following areas would be considered an added advantage : FI, CO, SD, MM, FSCM especially in TRM, IHC, DM & CLM, roles & authorisations, interfaces, workflow.
  • Excellent Knowledge of ITSM / ITIL principles or Equivalent Certifications for IT Service Oriented Delivery
  • Educational qualification : University Degree (preferably in Finance / Accounting or IT)
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines, must be able to work independently, self- motivated and quick learner.
  • Team leader with excellent inter-personal skills to work in a multi-cultural environment with the ability to communicate with various teams and enrich knowledge sharing.
  • Analytically minded, quick learning and methodical problem- solving capabilities.
  • Ability to efficiently prioritise work, promptly deliver solutions and coordinate with stakeholders at all levels ensuring customer satisfaction and process orientation.
  • Technology enthusiast and committed to promote new initiatives / projects.
  • Strong written and communication skills in English language. Italian a plus.
