StellenbeschreibungDelivering confidential counselling services (individual and group sessions). Leading preventive well-being initiatives and resilience workshops. Providing crisis intervention and psychological first aid when required. Advising managers on staff well-being, mental health awareness, and stress prevention. Developing data-driven reports and contributing to HR well-being strategies. Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to employee well-being. Advanced degree in psychology, counselling, clinical social work , or a related discipline. Valid professional license or accreditation in the relevant field. 7-9 years of relevant experience in counselling or mental health services, ideally within international or multicultural environments. Strong understanding of counselling theories, techniques, and best practices . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality. Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse populations. Fluency in English ; additional languages are a strong asset. High level of professionalism, empathy, discretion, and adaptability. The opportunity to make a tangible impact on the well-being of staff working in global health and humanitarian missions.
