Senior Specialist - Digital Business Analyst

The world's fastest growing sportswear brand is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can support the translation of mid to long term strategy into business and merchandising plans, track financial performances, develop new markets and support the execution of various strategic initiatives.
This is a great opportunity to work closely with our Digital EMEA leaders to drive key strategic and operational initiatives, from developing business cases and conducting market analyses, to driving local execution.
This role is based from our office in Zurich.
Your Mission
- Own and support the weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting for the EMEA Digital channel (E-commerce & Marketplaces)
- Bring actionable insights to the EMEA leadership and weekly trading calls by closely monitoring business performances
- Own and support the development of mid- and long-term business plans for the EMEA Digital channel
- Assess strategic opportunities across functions and sub-regions through development of business cases (e.g. development of new markets, impact of new website features, importance of local initiatives)
- Support EMEA Digital leaders on various strategic alignments (e.g. prepare supporting documents for EMEA Management Board meetings, drive monthly EMEA financial meetings)
- Enhance cross-functional collaboration within DTC-Ecom / Marketplace and the wider organization by consolidating and sharing knowledge
Your Story
- You have 3-5 years of work experience in a similar business analytical role, ideally within an E-commerce business, Digital Marketplace, Retail or Consulting environment
- You have proven analytical skills with a strong knowledge of assessing business opportunities, building insights and recommendations from large data-sets
- You are proficient using Data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau and first experience in statistical analysis
- You are excellent at managing multiple stakeholders and building consensus on proposed solutions across regions and functions
- You have experience in project planning from start to finish, including breaking tasks into smaller pieces, developing roadmaps and timelines and managing cross-functional teams
- You thrive in a dynamic and complex environment with the ability to work autonomously
- You are highly flexible and determined to deliver assigned targets in a fast-changing setup
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Meet The Team
The direct to consumer EMEA Digital Team brings together a large and diverse group of planners, engineers, designers, data scientists and digital marketing experts.
The team is responsible for distributing On's products directly to our final customer, creating winning digital solutions and tailoring campaigns that run the length of the purchase funnel.
Within this team the Planning and Strategy Function specifically supports the definition of our financial and merchandising objectives across regions.
We also work closely with On's leadership team to drive key strategic and operational initiatives to deliver on the EMEA DTC Digital agenda.
This implies developing business cases, market analyses, as well as driving local execution. The shared goal? Efficient global growth at high speed.
