Head of Quality Assurance (contract)
Für unseren Kunden in Basel suchen wir einen Head of QA. Als Head of QA sind Sie verantwortlich für die vollständige Implementierung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems (QMS), den Aufbau eines ISO-Systems als Grundlage für GMP, die Qualifizierung von Equipment und die Vorbereitung des Unternehmens auf GMP-Standards.
Hauptverantwortung
- Vollständige Implementierung des QMS (derzeit 80% abgeschlossen).
- Aufbau eines ISO-Systems als Basisstruktur, um später GMP zu integrieren.
- Qualifizierung von Equipment.
- Vorbereitung des Unternehmens auf GMP-Standards innerhalb von 1-2 Jahren.
- Beratung der Führungsebene zu Qualitätsrichtlinien, -standards und QMS.
- Ressourcenplanung und HR-Management im Qualitätsmanagement.
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Vorschriften und internen Richtlinien.
- Pflege und Umsetzung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems.
- Fachberatung zu Qualitäts- und Regulierungsfragen.
- Bearbeitung von Beschwerden
- Kontrolle des Kostenstellenmanagements im QA.
- Pflege der Beziehungen zu wichtigen Stakeholdern.
- Leitung von behördlichen und Kunden-Audits.
- Entwicklung und Management von Qualitätsberichterstattung und Auditprogrammen.
- Unterstützung der Manager mit Informationen zur Qualitätsleistung.
Voraussetzungen
- 10+ Jahre im Qualitätsmanagement oder in der Produktion der API / CDMO-Industrie.
- 3+ Jahre in einer leitenden QA / RA-Rolle.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in QMS, ISO-Systemen, GMP-Vorbereitung, Qualitätsaudits, Risikobewertung, Vorfalluntersuchung und Ursachenanalyse.
- Gesetzliche und rechtliche Kenntnisse zu cGMP / Pharma-Vorschriften.
- Führungsfähigkeiten
- Gute Kommunikations-, Netzwerk- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten.
- Analytische Fähigkeiten.
- Chemical Background (Chemiker etc. vorteilhaft)
- Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch
