Your mission

We're looking for a Public Value project coordinator for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025, to work for a temporary period from November 2024 through to the end of May 2025 (60% workload from November – March; 80% workload from April – May).As part of the Public Value ESC team, you will be working on the following tasks :

  • You will provide support with the planning and execution of projects that strengthen the added social value of the ESC, such as school or community projects
  • You will coordinate and keep an overview of ideas, projects and potential partnerships
  • You will contribute and implement your own ideas
  • You will be working closely together with the host city of Basel

Your profile

  • You have experience in events
  • You have good organisational and communication skills
  • You are a multi-tasker and are able to handle stressful situations in a calm and composed manner
  • You are reliable and a team player
  • You are quick to grasp new things and are highly flexible
  • You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
