Are you a sales dynamo with a passion for driving results in the life sciences sector? Revvity is seeking a Sales Specialist (m / w / d) to lead our reagents sales efforts across Switzerland & South Germany. As part of our team, you'll be instrumental in expanding our Life Science Reagents Portfolio, specializing in imaging tools & immunoassays, providing a first line of contact to our prospective customers and representing Revvity in existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to surpass sales targets and revenue quotas.
  • Generate accurate forecasts to drive business decisions effectively.
  • Cultivate and nurture both existing and potential customer relationships, employing proactive outreach methods and participation in industry events.
  • Conduct in-depth customer visits to understand their unique requirements, tailoring proposals to offer comprehensive solutions.
  • Monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities within client accounts, and ensure utmost satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Employ an account mapping approach to pinpoint key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to compile technical resources and ensure seamless communication with customers.
  • Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life sciences, preferably in molecular biology, biotechnology, or biochemistry.
  • Strong grasp of cell biology and biochemistry principles.
  • Proven track record in life sciences sales, particularly in reagents & consumables.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across various sectors.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven individual with adept negotiation skills.
  • Collaborative team player willing to share knowledge and support colleagues.
  • Proficiency in German and English; Italian proficiency is advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
