Project and Operations Coordinator – early career

Your position

• Provide day-to-day coordinative support to IOB's senior management and team leaders in all operational matters. This will include presentations, letters, memos, meeting minutes, reports, funding applications, contracts, and IP matters.
• Manage operations between IOB and external stakeholders, including project collaborators : plan and coordinate meetings and events, oversee calendars and venue bookings, and handle minute-taking, follow-ups, and all related logistics.
• Support travel planning and reimbursements, including bookings, on-site management, and related coordination.
• Assist with budget and expense tracking for research projects and events.
• Conduct web-based research on relevant topics for projects and internal needs.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Act as a point of contact for IOB staff members and external partners.
• Role model strong values : display the highest standards of integrity; maintain high standards of confidentiality inside and outside IOB.
