Coordinate shipping logistics (vessels, barges, or trucks) and manage loading / discharge operations in collaboration with traders and chartering teams
Handle all documentation related to shipments : Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, Commercial Invoices, Quality / Quantity Certificates, etc.
Manage and monitor Letters of Credit and ensure banking compliance for each transaction
Liaise with inspection companies, terminals, agents, and logistic providers
Ensure accuracy of shipping and invoicing data in internal systems
Proactively identify and resolve operational issues (delays, discrepancies, claims)
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high operational standards
Minimum 2-6 years of experience in operations / execution for liquid commodities (oil products, refined fuels, biofuels, etc.)
Solid understanding of international trade flows, logistics, shipping documentation, and Incoterms
Experience with Letters of Credit and banking documentation
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills in English (French, Spanish, or other languages are an asset)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP / trading systems
