Based on more than 20 years of combined experience in financial and insurance consulting, we offer our clients high-quality tailored solutions and personalized support.We are currently looking for an Insurance Manager H / F to strengthen our dynamic team and support our growth.ResponsibilitiesAs an Insurance Manager, your main tasks will include : Analyzing client needs and proposing suitable insurance solutions, taking into account their individual circumstances; managing insurance policies from subscription to renewal, ensuring thorough and complete follow-up.Assisting with claims and supporting clients in their procedures while ensuring the speed and quality of processing.Collaborating with insurance companies to negotiate the best terms and optimize the proposed solutions.Maintaining active monitoring of market developments and insurance products to provide relevant and up-to-date advice.Providing quality customer service and establishing trusting relationships, responding to requests in a professional manner; mentoring apprentices in their journey by sharing your skills and knowledge.We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria : Proven experience in the insurance field, ideally in Switzerland, with a good understanding of the local sector and market players.Good knowledge of all types of insurance products : automobile, health, etc., and the ability to advise clients on the best coverage.Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with clients, partners, and internal teams.Ability to work independently as well as in a team, being both an effective contributor and a committed team member.Fluent in French.
