Your mission
Are you passionate about IT and looking to grow in a dynamic, cloud-driven environment? As an IT Supporter and Junior System Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring smooth operation and resolution of their IT issues. You will primarily be focusing on support tasks, but also gain hands-on experience with cloud and virtualization technologies, positioning yourself for growth into a more technical Junior Engineer role.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level customer support via ticketing system, phone and remote tools
- Administer and maintain IT infrastructure for customers
- Create and maintain documentation, including internal knowledgebase articles and FAQs for recurring topics
- Perform maintenance work and system optimizations
- Configure, document, and develop existing systems
- Assist in operating cloud systems and solutions
- Support in troubleshooting and problem management
- Participate in data center projects (network, virtualization, storage, etc.)
Your profile
You have a completed IT training (e.g., apprenticeship), advanced technical college diploma in IT, or university degree in IT and you are looking for an opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.You are fluent in spoken and written English AND German (English is used internally, German with customers). Good German language skills are essential for this position.You are flexible, resilient and committed.You have experience in administering Microsoft and / or Linux server operating systems and you are familiar with VMware virtualization solutions, Microsoft 365 (Intune, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).You understand technical concepts very quickly and you are detail-oriented in your work.You have an independent working style but enjoy collaborating in a dynamic team.Why us?
