Job Title : Level 1 IT Support Technician (On-site - Basel, Switzerland)
Location : Full On-site Support (Details of site address will be provided)
Start Date : April 1, 2025 (Immediate start required)
Contract Type : Part-time (40% of full-time)
Working Days : 2 days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
Work Hours : Full days (approximately 8 hours per day)
Role Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated Level 1 IT Support Technician to provide on-site technical support for a client in Switzerland. This role will involve providing IT assistance for both regular users and VIPs. You will be required to work two full days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays), supporting the client's operations for a duration of approximately 3 years.

Experience with ITSM tools and retail POS systems may be beneficial but is not mandatory.
