Are you ready for an exciting temporary challenge? We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Executive Assistant (m / f / d) for our client in Zug.

What you will do

  • Provide executive support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and correspondence
  • Organize meetings, workshops, and events, and assist with special projects

Manage office budgets, expenses, and vendors

  • Ensure a professional, welcoming atmosphere for visitors and partners
  • Handle incoming communication, including phone calls, emails, and post, and ensure timely follow-ups

  • Create and edit reports, presentations, and documents
  • Collaborate with the HR team for company events and initiatives
  • Oversee office systems, maintenance, and safety procedures
  • Lead sustainability efforts within the office
  • Qualifikationen

  • 5+ years' experience in a senior administrative role
  • Fluent in English, additional European languages a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Flexible, proactive, and team-oriented
