Your Tasks

  • Analyse and optimise the candidate selection experience for our B2B customers to ensure every open position is filled with the right coworker
  • Work closely with UX research teams to understand customer needs
  • Own the roadmap of high value deliverables for customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, support, sales and marketers, to deliver high-quality and user-centric product solutions
  • Build and maintain close relationships with the product team coworkers and stakeholders across the company
  • Assess product success in quantitative and qualitative analyses

Your skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management roles covering digital products, ideally in marketplace, SaaS and / or recruiting environments
  • 3+ years of experience working in Agile environment
  • Commercial mind-set and professional relationship building skills
  • Solution-oriented and strong analytical thinking skills combined with a desire to make fact-based decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • A motivated self-starter who enjoys a challenge in identifying and driving success
  • Proficient in English and German, French is a plus
