Ihr Verantwortungsbereich
- Entwicklung von Customer Journeys für online und offline Marketing Massnahmen, sowie Betreuung von digitalen Werbemassnahmen in Zusammenarbeitarbeit mit der Marketing Agentur
- Automatisierung von Marketing Prozessen (Leadverarbeitung, Events, Newslettering) mit dem Ziel Leads zu generieren
- Entwickeln und Umsetzen von Newsletter-Kampagnen
- Entwickeln und Pflegen von Maketing-Tracking-Konzepten inkl. Verwaltung von Website-URLs.
- Organisation von Leadmanagement und Telemarketing-Prozessen
Ihre Stärken
- Dynamische und eigenverantwortliche Persönlichkeit
- Erfahrung mit Marketing Automation-Projekten und SCRUM-Organisation
- Hohe Tech- und Tool-Affinität
- Erfahrung mit Marketing-Datenschutzregelungen im Bereich Finanzdienstleistungen
- Tools-Kenntnisse von Vorteil (BSI, Adobe Experience Manager und Analytics, Meta und Linkedin, SQL, etc.)
