The Position

This critical role involves leading the strategy development and lifecycle management of data products across PT. You will be the central collaborator working closely with business stakeholders IT partners and data teams to shape the future of data-driven decisions at Roche.

The Opportunity

Define & Drive Product Vision : Develop roadmaps that align with organizational goals and evolving industry trends.

Lead Development & Delivery : Manage data product lifecyclesfrom ideation to sustainmentusing agile principles.

Maximize Business Value : Prioritize features maintain backlogs and ensure data products deliver measurable impact.

Ensure Quality & Compliance : Adhere to Roches strict data governance security and regulatory standards.

Foster Continuous Improvement : Collect feedback and continuously enhance products to improve efficiency and data quality.

Who You Are

Education : Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

Experience : 5 years delivering complex data / analytics solutions in agile environments with 3 years in product ownership or a similar role (ideally in pharma or healthcare).

Technical Expertise : Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and modern data architectures.

Core Skills : Exceptional communication stakeholder management and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.

Bonus Qualifications : Knowledge of data governance FAIR principles and Pharma Technical Operations domains (e.g. Manufacturing Supply Chain Quality).
