What it's about
We are looking for an Associate to join our Private Equity Technology Team, based in either Zug, Switzerland or London, UK, with a focus on majority / control investments. While prior experience in the Software & Technology sector is preferred, we welcome candidates from other industries who can demonstrate a genuine interest in Software & Technology.
Key responsibilities :
- Build, maintain, and interpret financial models and valuation analyses to evaluate potential investment
- Lead and support diligence workstreams in coordination with advisors, management teams, and service providers
- Prepare investment memoranda and manage internal stakeholder communications and workflows
- Identify and assess investment opportunities and target companies through market research, networking, and industry analysis
- Montor portfolio companies and support value creation initiatives
