Corporate Actions Specialist (12-month contract)

Join our dynamic Operations team within the Custodian Activities Group and play a key role in managing corporate actions and securities operations for a diverse range of financial products. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment and collaborate with both internal stakeholders and leading external partners.

YOUR ROLE

Handle and process corporate actions impacting investment funds for internal and external clients.

Ensure accurate and timely notification and booking of transactions.

Build strong relationships with custodian banks, fund administrators, and internal teams.

Manage instructions and notifications for events such as dividends, splits, mergers, and capital increases.

Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies to support optimal decision-making.

Drive process improvements and keep procedures up to date.

YOUR PROFILE

2–3 years of experience in banking operations (Investment Funds and / or Corporate Actions).

Solid understanding of financial instruments and operational workflows.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a demanding environment.

Team player with adaptability and a proactive mindset.

Fluent in French and English.

Based in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
