Responsibilities:
Clean guest rooms and residences in accordance with the group's standards.
Provide turndown service following the property's procedures.
Clean public areas according to the Executive Housekeeper's guidelines.
Report any lost and found items to the appropriate supervisor and follow the established procedures.
Remain attentive to guests' requests and communicate them to the Executive Housekeeper.
Report any maintenance or repair needs resulting from damage in suites and residences.
Perform additional duties as required based on the property's operational needs and occupancy levels.
Provide support to the laundry department when necessary.
Profile:
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry and/or in a private chalet or villa. Experience in the yachting industry is an asset.
Excellent command of French and English.
Impeccable grooming and professional presentation, with outstanding interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Strong sense of responsibility.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Flexible and available to work various shifts.
