About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Supervisor Product Life Cycle (PLC) to lead our team in managing products and services throughout their life cycle. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth product introduction, pricing, upgrades, and phase-in/phase-out processes, while driving initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and service sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the PLC team to achieve annual targets for spares, consumables, and parts.
• Oversee product data management, pricing, forecasting, install base management and reporting to ensure accurate and timely information.
• Drive the development of new products and upgrades, ensure effective phase-in/phase-out processes for inks and spare parts
• Manage marketing activities for the service portfolio, including campaigns and communication materials.
• Support ERP key user activities and AI-driven solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Higher education in economics, business administration (HFW or FH) or equivalent commercial/technical background
• Proven experience in product management, pricing, marketing and data analysis.
• Leadership experience and ability to coach and develop teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German (additional languages are a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in a multinational environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate technical specialists effectively.
