Project Manager Zipper Division

Oerlikon Riri, parte del gruppo internazionale Oerlikon e punto di riferimento nel settore del lusso per la produzione di accessori metallici di alta qualità, ricerca un / una Project Manager da inserire nel team Industrial Engineering nella sede di Mendrisio.

La persona selezionata, rispondendo all’ Industrial Engineering Manager e coordinando un team multidisciplinare, sarà responsabile della gestione e dell’esecuzione di progetti di automazione industriale, con particolare attenzione all’innovazione, sicurezza ed efficienza operativa.

Le Principali Attività Saranno

• Coordinare progettisti e tecnici dell’automazione, promuovendo un ambiente collaborativo e gestendo stakeholder interni ed esterni per il completamento dei progetti entro i tempi ed i budget stabiliti.
• Supervisionare la progettazione, realizzazione e messa in esercizio dei progetti, inclusi progetti speciali ed isole robotiche, nel rispetto delle specifiche cliente e degli standard di sicurezza, garantendo il rispetto dei tempi concordati
• Analizzare e migliorare i processi produttivi con focus sulla sicurezza, qualità, produttività e costi, utilizzando metodologie Lean e di Project Management
• Gestire investimenti CapEx e OpEx, monitorando budget e scadenze
• Garantire la conformità HSE dei nuovi progetti e di quelli di revamping di macchinari esistenti
