The Position
We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our team and serve our customers as a product evangelist and subject matter expert for our suite of cybersecurity products. This is a customer-centric, business-focused role dedicated to supporting customers and ensuring they are maximizing the capabilities of our platform and enable them to meet their business objectives. You will be the primary point of contact with our customers and liaison with our internal product and engineering teams to translate customer technical requirements into actionable product features and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
What You Will Be Doing
The ideal Senior Technical Product Manager will partner with the engineering team and organization's senior leaders to deliver releases per product roadmap planning while engaging with customers on their use cases and gathering future product requirements.
The Technical Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product requirements and working closely with the Solutions team, Customer Experience, Engineering, Sales Engineering, and Product Management teams to ensure product deliverables and goals are met.
- Technical Support : Serve as the go-to person for technical support, assisting customers with troubleshooting, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions.
- Subject Matter Expertise : Possess a deep understanding of our suite of cybersecurity products, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging threats, and technologies.
- Voice of the Customer : Collect and analyze customer feedback, pain points, and requirements to identify opportunities for product enhancements, expansion, and improvements.
- Product Development : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to define and prioritize features, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
- Requirement Definition : Translate customer requirements into clear and actionable product specifications, working closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Product Roadmap : Contribute to the development and maintenance of the product roadmap, guiding the strategic direction of our cybersecurity products based on market analysis and customer insights.
- Customer Engagement : Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service through effective communication and follow-up.
- Quality Assurance : Work closely with QA teams to ensure rigorous testing, identify and resolve product issues, and ensure the delivery of reliable and secure solutions.
