Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate research findings and recommendations to diverse audiences. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Fluent in written and spoken English. Experience working with large-scale datasets and data visualization tools. Familiarity with UX / UI design principles and methodologies. Knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design. Do you thrive on uncovering insights that drive product improvements? We are currently seeking a talented and experienced UX Experience Researcher to join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing Google Maps and Google Trends.
Position Overview :
As a UX Experience Researcher, you will play a crucial role in advancing the usability and functionality of two of Google's most widely used products : Google Maps and Google Trends. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct in-depth research to gather user insights, identify pain points, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement user-centric design improvements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, conduct, and analyze various user research methods such as interviews, surveys, usability studies, and field studies to gather actionable insights.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate research findings into actionable recommendations that drive product enhancements.
- Advocate for the user by championing user-centric design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to prioritize research opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Create and present compelling reports, presentations, and findings to stakeholders to influence design and product strategy.
