Our client is a leading firm specializing in real estate financing within the DACH region. Operating with a streamlined and highly skilled team based in Zug, the company focuses on managing and coordinating outsourced service providers. The firm is seeking a (Senior) Transaction Manager with a university degree, preferably in real estate, economics, or finance, and professional experience in real estate transactions. Your stakeholder management and real-state finance know-how will have a direct impact on business as a whole.
Responsibilities :
- Execute real estate financing transactions, including structuring underlying assets and coordinating borrowers and service providers such as lawyers, notaries, engineers, and banks
- Negotiate transaction terms with borrowers
- Manage and structure collateral
- Assist in brokering finance and fund administration
- Aid in preparing control reports, investor reporting, and liquidity planning
