QA and Analytical Manager

The Quality & Analytical Technical Manager serves as the key technical expert for providing analytical solutions to support manufacturing and process improvement initiatives. This role oversees the development, transfer, maintenance, and implementation of analytical methods across FMC’s global manufacturing network, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient processes are maintained.

What you'll do with us :

• Manage analytical technology by leading the analytical technology group in defining strategies for method transfer, development, and maintenance; managing laboratory qualifications; and standardizing best practices across laboratories.
• Provide technical support for expansion and continuous improvement projects, and evaluate and introduce new analytical technologies to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Facilitate data-based decision-making across the global network and conduct technical reviews of QC lab capital projects.
• Lead the development and validation of global ACL methods, manage the ACL method database, and oversee implementation at manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Participate in contamination prevention audits as assigned, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
