Performance Marketing & Sales Manager
The HamletGeneva, SwitzerlandWe are looking for someone with a visionary mindset who thrives on autonomy and the opportunity to build something impactful from the ground up. You will take full ownership of guest acquisition for the entire Hamlet Group. You’ll design, develop, and execute your own marketing strategy to attract and retain guests.Your ultimate goal will be to drive occupancy by : - Winning new guests who resonate with our brand and vision. -Building loyalty with former guests, inspiring them to return. -Shaping and enhancing our brand identity, ensuring it reflects our values and aspirations. Key responsibilities : You’ll play a pivotal role in growing our guest base, elevating our marketing strategies, and ensuring every campaign delivers measurable results : - Guest acquisition : Optimize guest acquisition costs to stay within budget while driving maximum impact. - Digital excellence : Manage website traffic and conversion rates, l leveraging SEO, SEA, and multi-channel campaigns (Instagram, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). - Social media leadership : Oversee content creation and engagement to amplify our presence. - Email marketing : Craft and execute compelling newsletters to build lasting relationships. - Public relations : Position The Hamlet as a leader in luxury hospitality through strategic PR efforts. What we’re looking for Experience & expertise : - Hospitality & sales pro : 3–5 years in hospitality marketing & sales, ideally in the luxury segment. - Hands-on marketer : Proven ability to design and execute campaigns—not just oversee them. - Managerial skills : Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or service providers with a track record of driving results using data and KPIs. - Language proficiency : Fluent in English. - Time zone Compatibility : Available within ±6 hours of CET.
