The Forum’s Business Intelligence & Performance Team is a central unit that helps define and drive the institution’s business objectives by delivering actionable insights to Managing Board, Business Leadership and teams. We’re looking for an experienced Lead to partner closely with senior management, analysing critical business trends, recommending actions, driving strategic priorities and ensuring efficient and impactful project delivery.
Main responsibilities :
- Create and deliver actionable insights to management based on critical performance & health indicators including i) acquisition, growth, retention, pipeline of partnerships ii) engagement of across Forum communities & initiatives iii) event-specific engagement of partner constituents
- Partner closely with Business and Centre leadership teams to help set strategic goals for their organization, measure progress against them through regular reviews and advise on operational improvement areas
- Lead the design, implementation and adoption of new intelligence tools in collaboration with the Forum’s technical teams (incl. IT Infrastructure, Product owners, external consultants) to support data literacy & operational excellence efforts across the wider Business and Centre teams

Education Background :
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science (or equivalent) or Master’s Degree or relevant work experienceWork Experience :
5+ years of relevant work experience (preferably in Business Operations, Management Consulting or Investment Banking)Knowledge and skills :
Solid presentation skills and the ability to influence and persuade senior leadersStrong problem solver with ability to manage conflicting priorities, and address complex and ambiguous casesRobust Excel, data analytics and statistical skills (preferably SQL data querying knowledge or experience handling large datasets)Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams both on-site and remotelyKnowledge of Salesforce and Tableau is a plusWhy work at the Forum :
