Tasks

• Ensure equipment reliability through maintenance plans (predictive and corrective maintenance) and quick responses to breakdowns.
• Implement, update, change management and improve CMMS softwares efficiency , new products implementations
• Be responsible for the Spare Parts Management and ensure the availability of necessary parts to minimize production interruptions.
• I mplement safety procedures LOTO for equipment interventions.
• Understand and support technical documentations and operations ( commissioning of new equipments, qualification / validation protocols IQ OQ PQ , FAT / SAT , review of process design PIDs , ...)
• Shutdowns preparation and management
• Guarantee all maintenance actions with GMP norms .
