For our IT team, we are looking for a Junior Systems and Network Engineer.
About you
As a representative of ART Computer to our B2B, B2C and Education customers, you will be an ambassador the brand.
Passionate about IT and technology in general, you like to be part of a team, to participate in the growth of the Engineering department, you have a good knowledge in our products and services. You know how to design and implement solutions in the Apple ecosystem, to help our customers in their Digital Transformation. Your excellent knowledge of network and security solutions allows you to advise and refer our clients to the most appropriate solution for their infrastructure.
You build interest around Apple products and the ecosystem by creating a premium usage experience because you effectively communicate your knowledge and passion for our universe. Your mission is to accompany our customers with care, interest and application in the implementation of their projects.
Tasks
- Analyze customer needs and design a project for a successful digital transformation;
- Install, configure and maintain the network infrastructure of our customers;
- Implementation and maintenance of servers and device management solutions (MDM);
- Deployment of computers and mobile devices (iOS, macOS etc.);
- Remote and on-site management of our customers infrastructures;
- Design and perform tailor-made trainings;
- Write internal documentations and provide technical documents to customers;
