Position : Senior Legal Counsel

Salary : CHF 140’000-180’000

Tasks

• Serve Manage day-to-day and complex legal matters in selected countries, acting as lead counsel and coordinating with colleagues in Legal Affairs
• Draft, negotiate, advise on, and review a variety of agreements, including commercial contracts, payor agreements, sick-fund agreements, and healthcare compliance agreements with external stakeholders
• Provide legal guidance on digital healthcare tools for patients, physicians, and caregivers, from development through marketing, considering all legal and privacy aspects
• Assess and implement GDPR and local data privacy requirements, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws
