As a trusted leadership advisor, you will manage your clients' portfolio and be given responsibility to build and animate your own pool of candidates within your specialism. You will build a new business pipeline using your persuasive skills to secure new clients, grow existing relationships and generate new business opportunities.
Main responsibilities :
- Gain comprehensive understanding of the client company, industry and the position requirements;
- Develop position specification and a focused search strategy based on your market knowledge;
- Select prospective candidates and conduct in-depth interviews to further assess qualifications and fit to position specifications;
- Maintain progress reports and market feedback reports for presentation to client;
- Builds strong relationships with candidates and animate your talent network;
- Develop new business by creating client proposals, participating at conferences / events and other creative sales approaches;
- Maintain the accuracy, quality and integrity of all search information in our proprietary database.
The profile we need :
We are looking for confident, ambitious and passionate team members, French and English speakers , German and / or Italian would be amazing.
Last but not least, you will join a very dynamic team, and will benefit from our global platform to develop your business (we animate practices groups with consultants from all over the world and our CRM and our talent database are both global).
