Tasks and Responsibilites:

• Provide support for business applications, office tools, and workstation hardware/software to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate with the Global IT Service Desk and external service providers to resolve technical issues and service requests.
• Monitor and follow up on incidents, service requests, and change management activities to ensure timely resolution.
• Handle the deployment, setup, and configuration of fixed and mobile hardware, including laptops, desktops, and related devices.
• Manage user access rights and permissions in collaboration with the Global IT team.
• Monitor backup processes and data integrity to ensure data security and reliability.
• Support local digital initiatives, including the implementation of production tools and new hardware/software, while ensuring GMP and data integrity compliance.
• Maintain IT equipment documentation, asset inventory, and lifecycle management.
• Manage hardware stock levels and spare parts to ensure availability when needed.
• Address Shop Floor Management IT inquiries and collaborate closely with the Engineering Department and Operational Technology (OT) teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in onsite IT support or a similar role
• Experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment is an advantage
• Very good French and English skills (spoken and written)
• Experience with workstation hardware, software, and office tools
• Knowledge of IT service management (incidents, requests, changes)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with multiple global IT teams and local departments simultaneously
• Friendly, flexible, and fast learner
• Strong team player with good planning and organizational abilities
• A valid criminal record certificate (not older than 3 months) is required
