Key Responsibilities : Marketing Support : Manage and prioritize marketing strategy of the Fund as directed by Managing Partner. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Act as a liaison between the Managing Partner and internal / external stakeholders. Manage and screen some phone calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring timely responses. Organize and maintain files and documents, both electronic and physical. Assist with project management, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed. General Responsibilities : Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Proactively identify and anticipate the needs of the Managing Partner. Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and support. Assist with ad-hoc tasks and other duties as required. Qualifications : Proven experience as Fund Marketing Associate familiar with all aspects of the correct and accurate communication in the Fund, or similar role. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software. Experience with travel coordination and scheduling tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. Preferred Qualifications : Experience working in Digital asset bank is a must plus traditional bank experience, hedge, family office or similar. Ability to manage responsibilities effectively.
