Per nostro stimato cliente operante nel settore manifatturiero con sede nel Ticinese, siamo alla ricerca di un Helpdesk IT .

La figura lavorerà a stretto contatto con l'IT Manager per supportare l'azienda nella gestione e risoluzione delle problematiche IT.

Responsabilità principali :

  • Fornire supporto tecnico di primo e secondo livello per il gestionale aziendale sviluppato internamente, agli utenti, tramite telefono e / o sessioni remote interattive.
  • Indagare le cause degli avvertimenti o errori ricevuti dal sistema di monitoraggio dell'ERP e collaborare con il team di sviluppo per risolverli.
  • Gestire e monitorare le richieste tramite il sistema di ticketing aziendale.
  • Formare gli utenti sull'utilizzo del gestionale.
  • Testare approfonditamente i nuovi sviluppi e segnalare eventuali problemi o migliorie prima dei rilasci in produzione.
  • Esportare dati dal database del gestionale per soddisfare richieste particolari.
  • Risolvere problemi legati a hardware, software e reti.
  • Effettuare configurazioni e manutenzione di dispositivi (PC, stampanti, periferiche, ecc.).
  • Collaborare con il team IT per migliorare i processi e le soluzioni tecnologiche.

Requisiti :

  • Diploma o laurea in Informatica o discipline affini.
  • Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Conoscenza di base della programmazione ad oggetti (SQL e GIT).
  • Esperienza pregressa in un ruolo simile, preferibilmente in contesti aziendali.
  • Capacità di troubleshooting per problematiche hardware e software.
  • Ottime doti comunicative e capacità di relazionarsi con utenti non tecnici.
  • Capacità di gestire picchi di carico di lavoro.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

    • Costituiscono un plus :

  • Familiarità con il linguaggio di programmazione Delphi
  • Certificazioni IT (ad esempio : CompTIA, ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco).
  • Conoscenze di base su ambienti virtualizzati (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Esperienza con strumenti di gestione IT (Active Directory, Intune, ecc.).

    • Offriamo contratto a tempo indeterminato, inserimento diretto in azienda.
