Lead and mentor the marketing team with 4 peopleSet team goals, track progress, and ensure alignment with the department and company objectivesDevelop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy to enhance our brand presenceOversee the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns and maintain a consistent brand message across channelsPlan and execute internal and external events, including the coordination with vendors and partnersPerformance Analysis : Track, analyze, and report the effectiveness of marketing and communication effortsBuild strong relationships with internal teams, media and partners including the Marketing and Branding team of Swiss Post
5 years of experience in marketing and communication roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory positionProven track record of successfully managing marketing and communication strategies, events and teamsStrong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, media relations, and event managementBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fieldAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects with strategic focusWillingness to travel within Switzerland and abroad, especially to Morges on a regular basis (3-5 times per month)C1 in English and French or German with B2 in French or German
