- Leading and developing the team to ensure outstanding performance and an inspiring environment
- Ensuring strong execution in the realization of transformation projects
- Ensuring efficient collaboration with stakeholders
- Creating optimal conditions and prerequisites for the successful implementation of transformation projects
- Supporting department leadership, among other tasks, in the strategic development of the operating model for the entire organization
- Developing strategic supplier management and maintaining partner networks
- Solidifying and optimizing the system landscape with the help of IT target architecture
- Promoting and introducing innovative technologies in the IT environment to optimally support business challenges
- Resource and budget planning for reporting purposes
