Head of Metrology / Test Engineering

YOUR MAIN TASKS WILL INCLUDE :

• Lead, coach and develop the Metrology Engineering team (currently 6 employees)
• Collaboration in cross-functional project teams including development, product management and quality assurance
• Requirements review, designing and developing test setups and procedures, executing system tests, identifying and analyzing issues that arise during testing and creating test documentation.
• Responsible for managing and enhancing the Metrology Engineering test infrastructure with a focus on automation
• Responsible for the validation and verification of tools and products according to various standards, such as MIL-STDs
• Ensuring development projects are executed according to our development process and optimizing the process in regards to Metrology Engineering
• Collaboration within the Safran Group and with external test facilities
• Participation in the elaboration of the R&D Strategy and its implementation
