Your tasks
The main tasks to which you will devote your time are :
- Lead and mentor a team of five R&D project managers in Herisau, with potential expansion to Poland
- Oversee the full lifecycle of R&D projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, on-budget and high-quality results
- Implement standardized project management methodologies and tools to increase efficiency and consistency
- Main point of contact between cross-functional teams (Product Management, Design, Process Engineering) to align project goals and ensure smooth communication
- Manage resource allocation and project budgets
- Identify risks early, proactively address challenges, and create contingency plans to keep projects on track
- Foster innovation and a culture of continuous improvement focused on customer satisfaction
- Occasional global travel activities
