As Head of HSE at Belimo, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management system. You will be responsible for formulating group objectives, leading safety initiatives, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your leadership will inspire cross-functional teams to achieve our HSE goals while promoting a culture of safety throughout the organization.
What You'll Do
Develop and implement the framework for Belimo's HSE management system, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.
Formulate and monitor annual group objectives related to health, safety, and environment.
Lead and participate in internal audits to assess compliance and effectiveness of HSE initiatives
Manage global safety initiatives, including the planning of safety weeks and the development of golden rules.
Analyze data from Intelex and set actionable plans for improvement based on findings.
Report regularly to Belimo Executive Management on HSE performance and strategic initiatives.
Who You Are
Specialist ASGS or similar qualifications, with experience as an Internal / Lead Auditor (ISO 45001).
Extensive experience in HSE management, with a proven track record of leading successful HSE programs.
Strong leadership and people management skills, capable of inspiring cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective in engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive, data-driven approach to decision-making.
