Overview
As part of the Sport Global planning department, Manager End-to-End Planning will be responsible for identifying and addressing imbalances via exception-based and scenario-based methodologies to achieve the most profitable balance of service, cost, and inventory across existing Supply Chains
Key Responsibilities
E2E Planning Optimization & Supply chain configuration
- Optimize Planning Methods & Planning Parameters.
- Establish segmentations, tolerances / triggers for alerts & critical issue.
- Defines inventory de-coupling points and develops replenishment strategies.
- Sets supply chain parameters in alignment with sites, e.g., batch sizes, make frequencies, safety stock levels, minimum order quantities, lead times, etc.
- Orchestrates E2E Planning : identify and address E2E Plan imbalances (customer service, cost, inventory).
