Are you passionate about events and also marketing and would you like to join a data-driven organization with strong design thinking and an agile approach? For our Private Clients division, we are looking for a Senior Event and Market Manager who will be joining our energetic and diverse team.
What would your role be?
- Take ownership of the organization of internal and external events, conferences, workshops, webinars – physical, hybrid and digital events on a global, national and regional level
- Independent and active support and consulting of Vontobel Client Units in the detailed planning and realization of events.
- Conception and development of new platforms and event formats; collaboration in active customer care, customer retention.
- Ensuring smooth communication and information center for all concerned areas.
- Coordinate and manage temporary staff, external partners and service providers.
- Master the instruments for planning and realization of events, including the event technology platforms.
- Conducting negotiations with organizers, agencies, suppliers and partners and managing the budget, including the invoicing of customers.
- Ownership of the marketing activities within the different markets.
