Tasks

What You’ll Do

As our Sr. Performance Marketer, you’re in the trenches from day one, executing high-impact multi-channel campaigns.

• Drive Acquisition Strategy & Channels (hands-on) : Align acquisition and performance marketing initiatives with Gowago’s business goals, ensuring measurable impact on key growth outcomes. Continuously test, refine, and scale campaigns to deliver measurable growth.
• Lead Data-Driven Analysis & Execution : Analyze full-funnel data (GA4, Amplitude, HubSpot) to identify conversion gaps, reduce waste, and turn insights into actions that maximize ROI across marketing and sales.
• Run Growth Experiments : Run agile tests to accelerate learnings and push each campaign to peak efficiency and impact.
• Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as the link between Sales, Product and the wider marketing team - sharing insights, surfacing opportunities, and ensuring execution supports company-wide initiatives.
• Be accountable for Results : Own key KPIs for the acquisition and report clearly on progress, learnings, and performance drivers.
• Stay ahead with Innovation & Best Practices : Stay ahead of industry trends and translate fresh ideas into practical, high-impact improvements through direct action.
