TOFWERK is are seeking a visionary Head of Multi-Reflection Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometry (MR–TOF-MS) Development to spearhead the ideation, prototyping, and commercialization of next-generation mass analyzers.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team of physicists, electrical engineers, and software developers to push the boundaries of ultra-high resolving power, mass accuracy, and in-situ analytical capabilities. You will direct the technical roadmap and long-term vision for the multi-reflection mass spectrometry product line, ensuring alignment with corporate and market objectives. You will partner closely with Product Management and Manufacturing teams to scale prototypes into fully compliant, manufacturable commercial instruments while driving the generation of patents.
