Main Tasks
Take strategic responsibility for the cybersecurity compliance of products within an international regulatory environment (e.g., CRA, FIPS, Common Criteria).
Translate external cybersecurity regulations and certification requirements into internal development processes and ensure their continuous adaptation to regulatory changes.
Contribute to defining and documenting product-related security requirements, particularly in industry sectors such as IoT, automotive, and industrial systems.
Integrate security-by-design principles into product architectures and development processes to ensure auditability and compliance with standards such as IEC 62443.
Plan, conduct, and coordinate internal audits to assess the security architecture and development processes.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (architecture, engineering, R&D, product management) and external certification authorities.
Oversee the preparation and management of certification documentation for international standards and regulatory frameworks.
Ensure the implementation and maintenance of a Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) focused on product compliance.
Coordinate vulnerability management activities, including analysis, prioritization, and remediation of security-related product issues.
Provide training and guidance to product teams on security-by-design, regulatory requirements, and certification processes.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field.
Several years of professional experience in cybersecurity with a focus on product development or system integration.
Strong knowledge of international cybersecurity standards and certifications (e.g., CRA, FIPS, Common Criteria, IEC/ISO 62443, EN 303 645, ISO 21434, ISO 27001).
Understanding of safety-critical architectures and secure software development practices, including Secure SDLC.
Experience in process ownership and management in a cybersecurity or compliance context.
Proven experience creating and maintaining security-related product documentation for certification purposes.
Knowledge of threat modeling, penetration testing, and vulnerability scanning at the product level.
Strong analytical skills and proactive approach to risk assessment and vulnerability analysis.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional and international teams, including working with external certification bodies.
