StellenbeschreibungAddressing customer inquiries and complaints via phone calls or emails. Inquiries may include pricing, stock availability, delivery, and order status as well as product information. Highlight procedures and work instructions corrections and / or updates to your direct report if required. Ensure appropriate communication is shared between customers and field operations. Contribution to Daily Management (DM) ensuring business continuity and supporting department objectives. Preferably with experience in a customer support center and / or with customer service administration Excellent telephone and communication skills Language skills : Fluent in German (C1 minimum), French and English (C1 minimum). Any other European language is an asset. Urgency focused – Focus on critical deliverables and high priority assignments, owns a sense of urgency and prioritizations.

Description de la mission
Order Handling :
- Daily management of incoming customer orders
- Follow up on order status / backlog taking ownership for required actions.
- Raise Non-Conformities (NC) as per requirements.
- Issue / coordinate Credits, Rebills, Returns linked to orders as per requirements.
- Investigate and close reported Disputed Invoices as per responsibility.
