We are looking for a passionate and creative individual to join our team at the NORQAIN HQ in Nidau (Biel/Bienne) as:

Social Media Coordinator 100%

Full-time | Starting immediately

Tasks

Your mission:

  • Develop and manage monthly social media plans and campaigns
  • Create and publish engaging and diverse content across our social media channels
  • Develop and implement a community management strategy to drive engagement and grow our online community
  • Respond to social media messages, inquiries and comments
  • Support social media copywriting and content creation
  • Monitor, analyse and report on social media performance across various platforms
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams
  • Attend partner events and create live social media coverage

Requirements

Your skills:

  • Completed apprenticeship, higher technical school or university degree in digital marketing or a related field
  • Initial professional experience in social media, digital marketing or a similar environment
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
  • Highly motivated, flexible, organised, creative and proactive personality
  • Native speaker of German, English or French with very good knowledge of one additional language
  • Strong identification with the NORQAINER spirit: adventure, outdoor sports, independence and a dynamic lifestyle

You are passionate about the watch industry and social media, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love bringing fresh ideas to life. You are an open-minded, communicative team player who actively connects with others and thrives in a collaborative atmosphere.
