Content marketing manager Jobs in Basel

Your responsibilities

:

Product positioning & audience ownership:

• Apply and refine product positioning within established portfolio frameworks, ensuring clarity and resonance for assigned product audiences.
• Apply and refine defined audience segments for the assigned product, articulating clear value propositions tailored to each segment.
• Execute lifecycle marketing initiatives aligned with defined portfolio lifecycle strategy to drive awareness, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Ensure alignment between product positioning, audience strategy, and commercial objectives.

End-to-end product marketing delivery:

• Lead end-to-end product marketing execution for assigned products, translating defined portfolio frameworks into high-quality, performance-driven go-to-market delivery.
• Develop structured acquisition, activation, and retention strategies in collaboration with CRM, digital, and data teams.
• Define launch and adoption tactics for new initiatives, features, or product evolutions.
• Translate strategic objectives into measurable campaign and performance roadmaps.
• Implement and monitor defined KPIs across awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention, providing structured performance feedback and optimisation recommendations.

Growth & continuous optimisation:

• Drive audience growth, adoption, and engagement through performance-driven marketing tactics.
• Analyse performance data and adjust marketing approaches to maximise impact.
• Contribute new ideas and optimisation opportunities to improve product performance within established frameworks.

Cross-functional collaboration:

• Work closely with Product, Brand, Communications, Partner Marketing, and Fair Marketing teams to ensure integrated delivery.
• Align strategic direction with operational and tactical execution in collaboration with project managers.
• Contribute to leadership presentations and product positioning materials as required.

Budget and financial accountability:

• Manage allocated product marketing budgets within approved portfolio parameters, ensuring disciplined execution and accurate forecasting.
• Maintain structured reporting on performance metrics and growth outcomes.
• Ensure financial accuracy and alignment with broader portfolio priorities.

Your profile:

• 5–8+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or brand-led product environments.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end product marketing initiatives.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and conversion strategy.
• Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
• Strong analytical and performance-driven mindset.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.
