Job Description

As the Quality Manager for NutEx, based in Arbon (TG), Switzerland, this is your chance to own and enhance our quality system from the ground up. You’ll report directly to the Business Operations Manager of NutEx with a functional link to the Global Quality Director at Nutreco. In this role :

• You will collaborate with key colleagues within our team, such as the Upstream Manager, Discovery Director, Plant Production Group, and Supply Chain Manager to ensure end-to-end Feed to Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) compliance across all phases — from development to production.
• Work together with Nutreco’s global quality network, leveraging shared expertise and best practices. Align NutEx with Nutreco’s global quality standards (e.g. Nutrace), ensuring that every product meets rigorous international standards.
• Be the face of NutEx for external certification bodies and regulatory authorities, ensuring all certifications are maintained and achieved with excellence. You’ll also support the product development team in designing world-class product specifications.
• This role will start without direct reports. As NutEx grows, your role will evolve with us, giving you the opportunity to lead the quality function of tomorrow in a rapidly developing industry.
